To relieve migraines or headaches, you can do full-blooded facial movements as follows:
  • To help relieve headaches on the front, place your index fingers in the inner corners of both eyes, just above the eyelids and in the bones that surround the eyes. Use the tips of your index fingers to press these two points for one minute at a time.
  • To help relieve migraine headaches and sinusitis, place a finger on the right and left side of the nostril, close to the bottom of the cheekbone. Press firmly or massage around at this point for one minute.
  • To help relieve headaches, press down on the point between the eyebrows using your finger, for one minute. In addition to just pressing, you can also do a massage to rotate in this section with your fingers, and see which movements are more effective in dealing with your migraine.

Face Points to Overcome Sinusitis

According to acupuncturists, there are at least three full-blooded facial points that can be pressed to relieve sinusitis symptoms. These three points are:
  • To relieve sinus pain and pressure, press the point between your eyebrows using your thumb or index finger. Make a circular motion at this point for 5 seconds.
  • After that, press the temples using the same circular motion.
  • Finally, press the points on either side of the nostrils in a circular motion for five seconds.
Perform the above movements several times every day. Begin full-blooded face slowly and gradually become stronger. If there are pressure points that hurt when touched, stop immediately. If you want to try full-blooded face, keep in mind that full-blooded face should not aggravate the pain felt. Often the question arises whether this full-blooded treatment is effective or not to treat the disease. Actually, there isn't enough medical explanation to confirm the answer. However, from several reviews of research results, it is known that full-blooded face and massage therapy has the effect of relieving pain and being able to improve symptoms. Unfortunately in certain cases, such as chronic migraines that often recur, the effectiveness of full-blooded face is still in doubt. Therefore, before doing full-blooded face to treat sinusitis or migraine, you should consult a doctor first to get the right treatment.
